Comment on the State of the Union

Article 2, Section 3 of the United States Constitution: _He shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient._Sure, Congressional Briefing isn’t Presidential Briefing. But since President Bush is giving his State of the Union speech to Congress, we figure it’s OK to fudge.When it’s available – probably 8 p.m. – we’ll post the entire speech here.
