Mystery video. Can you tell what it is?

If you have "weird video" in the title, does that attract a lot of views?

This is like the IPS posts I do, but a short video. You will not have seen this exact subject, but since I took it in my home, you might possibly see something similar in yours.

Later, I'll add a second similar video which will reveal the nature of this mysterious phenomenon. You can ignore the sound in the video, it will only mislead you.

    Looks like sunlight on vertical blinds with the shadows of trees/shrubs that are blowing in the wind.

    If it isn't shadows from trees/bushes on vertical blinds, I recommend replacing that radiator heater.

    And I thought I'd invented a new art form.....

    Well, I'll take some comfort in disclosing that they are actually horizontal blinds and the camera (my phone) was rotated 90 degrees.
