Two Lawrence campus professors received the two most recent William T. Kemper fellowships.The winners, Michael Roberts, professor of applied behavioral sciences, and Charles Epp, associate professor of public administration, were the last two winners on the Lawrence campus.That brings to 16 the total number of awards handed out.
