Coaches TEMPER & ABUSIVE behavior = BAD SPORTSMANSHIP

I was at a High School football game that Mangino's son played in when his son was given a penalty for something that Mangino thought he should not have been penalized for. Mangino rushed out from the stands onto the football field, totally out of control, and was yelling and calling everyone terrible names. He was in such a rage that he had to be escorted out of the Haskell Stadium. So yes, Mangino has an extremely bad temper that he desperately needs help with. But you know we see this kind of behavior in todays sports coaching from Jr. High School through the professional sports games. Coaches and players should focus on being the right kind of mentors our young people needs to see. Giving our young people good examples of good sportsmanship and how to conduct themselves while having fun. With sports today it is all about being tough, money and fame and letting that money and fame go to their heads. Then we end-up with a Bobby Knight or a Larry Johnson. And that is clearly not good sportsmanship.
