Charles,That was a beautiful video. I recognized many of Jennifer's photos from previous blogs of yours. Small Graces is a beautiful song. Do you know Bob Bennett? Here's the link in case others have trouble opening the one in your blog.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H74g0_...

Hi, Alia;I met Bob in 1989 when I hired his brother to sing in a coffee house. I was familiar with Bob's music as, at the time, I was a DJ on KCMS 105.3FM in Seattle and played his music as part of our music rotation. We kept meeting one another, quite by happenstance, after I moved to LA from Seattle. We hung is some of the same cirlcles, so our association continued. Now, I am putting together a gig for him to come to the Eureka, CA area sometime within the next 12 weeks.Bob is as real as it gets; warts and all, and if gives his music a believeability that only life-lived can give.I am so glad you liked the song and the video. It means a lot to me that you did.Blessings to you.

Mr, Chuck. I agree with Alia that Bob's voice is wonderful...I really enjoyed the song lyrics, but the smooth quality of the voice really adds to it all.The photos were genuinely beautiful. Keep it up, Charles...you'll have that documentary soon.

We've been delayed by rain at the moment; however, we will be visiting Dakotah in Modesto on Saturday. His sister is coming from Milpitias, Ca and his daughter is coming by with his grandchildren for a visit. This is the first time Dakotah will be meeting his grandchildren...the elation and sadness of this event is almost more than I can hold in my heart.More to come...standing by.
