And KSU wants to open the National Agro- & Bio-terrorism DEFENSE Facility in 2018. Hope they don't have to have a lockdown on a KSU-KU football day; Family Day; graduation, dannnnnng, any ole day of the week, those pesky germs could decide the humans are greener on the other side of the fence.
