outdoor seating at noodle shop on mass
I was wondering why the outdoor seating(perimeter fence in particular) for the new noodle shop went out so far on eigth street. Is there a limit on how close to the curb the perimeter fence can be?...it seems that it would prevent traffic flow on the sidewalk on a busy day as is....thanks for any insight!
