That happens all the time.Several times a day in fact. Another thing that happens a lot is the list comes up with old stuff like a porn meeting from a couple of years ago. There is also one that pops up frequently with a bunch of chats such as with Sven, the police chief, etc.
This has been going on for a couple of years at least. Just like editing and having reporters that have a grasp of the English language and fundamental spelling abilities, fixing this isn't on any priority list.
