Elijah Taylor's death
Lt. Jim Norton of the Salina Police Department discusses the death of 21-year-old Kansas University student Elijah Taylor. According to witnesses, Taylor had smoked a form of synthetic marijuana before he jumped into oncoming traffic on Interstate 135 in Salina. Taylor collided with a van and died the same day at a Wichita hospital.
