Abused and dismissed
Mark McMeans, 52, of Meeker, Okla., accused James Jackson of sexually abusing him in 1975 at Arrowhead Junior High School, where McMeans was a seventh-grader and Jackson the vice principal. In a theme that develops over his life, Jackson is accused of abusing children but faces few repercussions.
