Lawrence resident hopes stem cell transplant will reverse disease symptoms
Kim Banning-Bohmann talks about her two-year battle with scleroderma, a life-threatening disease that causes hardening of the skin. She received a stem cell transplant in February in hopes of reversing the symptoms. It has yet to work, but she hasn't given up hope.
