Police investigate the scene of an accident that sent a 9-year-old to a Topeka hospital
A 9-year-old boy was flown to a Topeka-area hospital after being struck by a vehicle on Haskell Avenue, south of 15th Street, in east Lawrence. The boy is reported to have critical injuries.
