Maceli's owner gives tour of, explain hopes for Masonic Temple

Stephen Maceli, owner of Maceli's, leads a guided tour through the Masonic Temple building on Mass. Street. Maceli is considering converting the historic building to a venue for weddings and catered events.

wow! I had NO idea that it looked like that inside! I just imagined a big open concrete space with cobwebs and cracked walls.

very nice! It has been a long time coming. I hope it works out. I hate seeing it boarded up, which it's been for the almost 10 years that I've been here.

This video plays like a bad commercial for Maceli's.

The guy is a real visionary. We see him walking around saying, if the city gave me x amount of money, oh the things I could do with this place.

Steve why don't you pay for it yourself if you think it's such a great idea? Take your vision of a world class wedding reception area to a bank. Why should we be paying for your dream?
