And any pinhead that gets in the way. Put them in jail for theft and trespassing until the project is done. They have stolen from the system long enough.

As glad as I am to see the SLT completed, this couldn't have come at a worse time. How do you justify cutting back on education, social services, and nearly every other service the state provides, and then fully fund a road bill for $192 million? While funding the construction of a few new roads, like the SLT, this is a bill largely focused on pampering the American belief that they should always drive on roads as smooth as a baby's backside.

Policies that close public schools and cut school funding and social services in order to force money into the hands of for profit corporate entities that make political donations and then plowing that same money into paving over wetlands is what the non-thining people of Kansas voted for.
