Gov. Brownback - Energy efficiency

Kansas Governor Sam Brownback hosts the kick-off to the state-wide energy saving program Take Charge! Challenge at his home in Cedar Crest. He shows members of the media a few steps residents can take to make their homes more energy efficient.
