Way Down in the Hole: A Tour of the Bowersock construction north of the Kansas River

Bowersock Mills & Power Company co-owner Sarah Hill-Nelson talks about progress being made on the construction of the hydroelectric power plant on the north side of the Kansas River. On Friday, city officials took a tour down into the base of the site.
