Emergency personnel work to free a driver from an overturned concrete truck
Douglas County Sheriff's officers and Eudora law enforcement work to free a driver from a Penny's concrete truck that overturned on Kansas Highway 10 late Thursday afternoon. The accident delayed traffic for more than three hours.
