Drug offenders in Lyon County get a second chance with the help of a strict program that helps some offenders get a straight and a new life.

This is something that needs to be instituted state wide, enough with wasting our tax dollars keeping teenage stoners and the like in jail.

Multidisciplinary - Although thats awful what happened, Police and other workers are struck everyday, its part of the job they sign up for, i salute them all for it. But, it has no bearing here, its just a tangent rant

Yeah, well Tommy Morrison (yeah, him) got a second chance after being arrested for drug possession on the turnpike by KHP. Before the court date, Officer Wallace was later struck and killed on him motorcycle, and since he was the only arresting officer, Morrison walks. (Same will his other cases)
