District attorney explains decision in Durrell Jones case
District Attorney Charles Branson discusses his office's decision to withdraw a first-degree murder charge against Durrell Jones in connection with the 2006 shooting death of Anthony Vital of Lawrence. Branson said credibility issues arose with co-defendant Major Edwards after his earlier testimony in Jones' initial trial that ended in a hung jury.
