This is a classic example of people jumping to conclusions before they have all the facts. Yes, men should know when to take "no" for answer. I completely agree. But at the sametime, women should not file false charges, either. The "victim" recanted her story & dropped the charges. And now the young man gets to leave jail without charges, only to find out his reputation has been dragged through the mud. How fair & just is that? I'm appauld that a fellow woman would lie like that. Rape is a serious charge and shouldn't be never be something one should lie about. I truly hope that people will now remember to get all facts before assuming someone is gulity.
That's right blame the victim. You have no idea what happened. Lawrence police have not yet dropped the charges.
And you know what happened? And get it straight, I never blamed the "victim." Right now there only allegations. Let's get all the facts before we judge.
Perhaps she recanted her story because she is traumatized and doesn't want to have to go to court and relive the tragic event. If the way your write is an example of a typical Haskell student, you are receiving an inadequate education. "shouldn't be never be"? "appauld"? Starting a sentence with "And"? Do they not have English classes there?
"If the way your write..." Seems like you don't have a leg to stand on.
No way John Wayne. we don't get edgmucated gooder here at Haskell....
