Homeless shelter receives $540K grant

The Lawrence homeless shelter received a $540,000 grant Friday. The money will help the shelter relocate to a site near the Douglas County Jail.

So, the shelter did not RECEIVE anything yet....? In order to receive the money, the shelter must first match the $540,000.00? That'll be a nice train wreck to watch....
