The event had fewer people than last year, likely because it was rescheduled multiple times.

Hope it does not turn out to be worlds largest heat stroke/stress event. Plenty of Gatorade and ambulances at the ready. Good luck to all!!
Would be interesting to create a poll to find out how many people attending these workouts tell others they are training for a marathon. Seems to be a common phrase these days. Even heard a gal tell Pat Sajak that on Wheel of Fortune. LOL
All the workouts are meant for long distance now. What ever happened to short distance/explosion workouts?
