I-70 closed Sunday after accident
Parts of Interstate 70 west of Lawrence were closed Sunday morning after an accident involving a semi-truck. The lanes were reopened around 11:30 a.m.

Free State and Lawrence High ended their swimming seasons during the weekend in Topeka. The Firebirds finished 12th while the Lions finished 18th.
