Mike. What is your outlook on $150,000.00 or under home sales in 2010 & 2011 ? I also ask you this. Why is our county (Douglas) not giving us real home valuations that reflect the 20% drop in home (sales) prices in that past 2 years ? Does this hurt your sales at all to see the inflated valuations on homes in Douglas county and how does it reflect in your pricing of a home ? The reason i ask is this. I am selling a home in that price range and it has been for sale for 8 months with not one single buyer that has the means to buy it. Other homes in the same area have sat empty , for sale, for almost 2 years now. They are in an area that was very sought after as well. Homes in this area sold before they were listed until Sept of 2008 .
