Shelter seeks government funding

A Lawrence homeless shelter is again asking for $600,000 from Congress to help find a new building.

Society is becoming more and more codependant. Always looking to further enable those who are perfectly capable of providing for themselves while these self serving codependants try to make themselves saints... all of this at tax payer expense of course.

LJW sure has been reporting on the homeless folks, here lately.... wonder if Dolph and Co. is going broke...... Okay.... that's going out on a limb, and a tiny one at that..... need to think here.......

You don't know who the homeless are or how they got that way. You don't know who is going to really turn their life around and who isn't. You don't know what they will be contributing to society once they change. People are not disposable.
