Keith Yearout, manager of the Z Bar Ranch, explains how the ranch and its owner — media magnate Ted Turner — have sought to be "as friendly to the environment as we can" when it comes to drilling wells for oil and natural gas, a process that can cost a producer as much as $800,000.
