The game of pickleball is becoming a popular activity among people in Lawrence.

The game is a lot faster than you would think by watching this video; we were doing a training exercise while they were shooting, practicing soft shots at the net. It's true, we play every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 8 a.m. at Holcom Park and the equipiment is provided, so come on out and give it a try. You'll get some great exercise and have fun doing it! In the future, you can always find where we're playing at the national web site usapa.org under the "Places to Play" link. I keep that up to date.
I played this growing up. What a great game.
This is a fun game! We teach it to our intermediate students in PE.
