A longtime friend of the defendant in a kidnapping and battery trial testified Monday that the victim willingly left her apartment with the defendant.

Testifying AGAINST his childhood friend the reporter says?
I guess so, he says, " just sitting in that spot listening to screaming and yelling and a lot of noise and YOU KNOW (no I don't know Evan, if I did you wouldn't have to tell me!!!!! ) very nervous".... Evan, don't try to convince me, I don't believe a word you say, YOU KNOW!!!!
Sounds like Pedro did not prep Evan, if he did he forgot all his lines! Relax buddy, take a Valium, something, geeze!
He needs to take valium then tell the truth!!
Just look at the lines in Evans forehead as he speaks, watch how he cant even keep eye contact, talking like a lying idiot trying to protect his K-friend.
The judge should have just struck the gavel and said guilty! This Evan putz was absolutely no help to Jaeger! Daddy O Jaeger should have paid Evan to keep his trap shut!
I thought Evan was testifying for prosecution, not the defenent, which is why he was not charged with ANYTHING in this incident.
