A new report from Lawrence-Douglas County Fire and Medical accuses the occupants of a Lawrence home - destroyed in a July 31 fire - of fireworks violations.

Offtotheright I think the insurance company will pay the owner to the limits of it's liability then they and the owner will go after the students and parents for any additional (and I'm quite sure that they'll be able to come up with quite a bit "additional" expenses).
Why were there no citations issued for having the couch on the porch?
Did not see the news, but I bet the insurance company has got the lawsuits ready.
