A comprehensive energy strategy
Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius talks about her goal of putting a comprehensive energy strategy in place. She said she hopes there isn’t a repeat of the 2008 legislative session, when lawmakers spent so much time on a failed proposal to build coal power plants in southwest Kansas.
