Virginia Tech massacre requires gun laws to be closely examined
In the wake of a fatal shooting rampage at Virginia Tech, gun laws are being closely examined. Federal Law would not have allowed the gunman to buy a weapon, but a loophole in state law may have allowed that to happen.
