No you're right. The economy would continue as normal, but now a good segment of the population will be driving illegally because they don't have the luxury of taking mulitple days off work in case they didn't pass the test the first time when they went to renew.

Your stance is silly when you consider one incident occured on the property of a business, the other happened blocks away. You have a problem with the one that happened blocks away, but not with the one where it occured on their property.

I guess Club Magic is supposed to patrol and do random vehicle searches in a X amount block radius of their establishment just to ensure their liquor license? Because that's what it would have taken for them to -possibly- prevent the incident that occured in their neighborhood!

Shut it down!

Obviously the owner of this establishment attracts this type of crowd and the city should look at revoking their business permit! The manager is failing in their duty to ensure this type of activity doesn't go on.
