The JCS are advisors to the President only. They don't have command authority.

Opinion: What, exactly, was the IRS thinking?

So your against NYPDs stop and frisk policy, the FBI and CIA's monitoring of mosques, and against the TSA extra screening of passengers based on their ethnicity/religion?

Or Arizona's "show me your papers" law which allows police officers to question individuals citizenship?

Contractors say county getting overcharged for roof work

Garland is the manufacturer. A claim from a third party about a porudct is not the same as a claim by the manufacturer of the product.

Gwaltney making qaulity assurance claims about product X manufactured by company X can't hold as much water as company X making the claim about their own product X.

Contractors say county getting overcharged for roof work

I agree- while Gwaltney is making the claim that similar products would have been cheaper the county would have still had to had paid someone to verify that statement those otehr products would have met the quality and warranty standards they are getting with the Garland product.

Sometimes you get what you pay for.

About 100 people rally against policies of Brownback and legislative majority

Umm... the protest was over larger government intrusion, not less. Larger government intrusion does not equal limited government, in fact it equals the exact opposite.
