Right, because a pistol in the principal's drawer would have prevented this tragedy...this is an idiotic "fix" to a big problem.

There's no Constitutional right for individual civilians to bear arms. There are, however, Constitutional rights for militias to bear arms.

If guns are just going to sit in the corner, then why even have it at all? Guns are made to kill, not sit in a drawer. Should we force people to just keep their guns locked up? If that is the case, people just shouldn't have them at all.
