Not that this matters, but he already did get a haircut.

HIV-exposure trial questions man's intent

I agree that this man needs to take responsibility for his actions, but don't knock his attorney. Even the worst criminals deserve a defense. His attorney is doing the best he can with what he was given.

KU team reverses murder verdict

Dozer~ The appeals system is not to ensure a fair trial. We have the appeals system because so many trials are not fair. It does nothing to ensure a fair trial. I agree with you that the system is not broken, but at the same time there is a lot of unfairness that goes on in the system that most people tend to ignore.

FBI inquiry stalled by lack of formal complaint

It's clear from the article that the FBI has an affidavit that has been sworn to under oath. If that isn't good enough evidence for you, I don't know what is. You can actually read the affidavit from the woman. Click above.

Sanders~ Isn't someone that swears by an affidavit a good example? Sunshiner also has an example for you. He even says that he would swear to it. I agree that people shouldn't make generalizations, but we also shouldn't the possibility that the police might be engaging in some shady behavior. Why are you so unwilling to believe that? Could it be because you are actually a cop?

Police review board possible

I agree....a citizen review board is a great idea. I vote for Sarah Swain as the chairperson.

FBI inquiry stalled by lack of formal complaint

You think that trying to keep the police in line is ridiculous?

FBI inquiry stalled by lack of formal complaint

Sanders~ I've determined that you are actually a cop. Also, I vote for Sarah Swain as chairperson of the review board.
