Two men face charges in Sunday morning shooting
Very interesting data on the DoCo site on both these men
on the 21st it shows Steven Michael Giggler arrested by Carlson at the DoCo jail address of 3601 E 25th at 14:10
and
Erick Shakeel Smith at the Do Co jail address on the 22nd at 7:45 again by Carlson
This is the way inmates who are allowed to leave and return are rebooked into the jail. Neither of the bookings stae arrst for these shootings.
Obvious Question.....Were these two men inmates at the DoCo jail and out on a approved release when these shootings occured?

connect the dots....That was after Olin espoused how he encouraged the young populace of KC and Topeka to come to Lawrence clubs on neutral meeting grounds..that was just prior to Olin promoting his terrorist expertise.(sic) So Lawrence is still trying to clean up what the city commissison allowed from him for all those years....
At least the commission, in part, is evolving.....maybe!

When Last Call clientel was constantly associated with guns and violence , one of our LPD officers is quoted in the JW saying the clientel has more fire power than the police do so there was fear about entering the building for thier own safety''s sake....can't say I blame the LPD for that.. Last Call had paid security too.
This club manager is makes sense by inviting the public to discuss the situation. That's much more transparent and co-operative with the LPD and the citizens than we have been made aware of in the past . Seems worth trying and giving it a chance. Might even save the lives of some citizens including LE.

Then you, of course, you surely must be concerned about our "medicated and delusional" ex-chief of police shooting up his neigborhood only to have no arrest or follow up informtion as to why Lawrence is safe from any further "medical" problems???
