Americans for Prosperity calling on legislators to sign anti-tax pledge

Americans for Prosperity calling on legislators to sign anti-tax pledge
Yup, and what about those kansas jobs, the one's that don't pay enough to pay the almost 9% douglas county tax rate. Kind of like being in NYC, right. Too bad the jobs are dead end, dumbed down for uneducated kansans, and almost non-existent in douglas county.

Gold coins dropped in Salvation Army kettles
Wish someone would drop a couple of gold coins off at Just Food and/or Health Care Access. They both provide amazing services without discriminating against lgbt or non-christian clients.

If you could change or improve something in Lawrence, what would it be?
First, kill all the developers, get rid of city councilboys who are in bed with said developers, kill the so not needed, so called rec center, have a few bars where frat boys and other KU types are banned. Try and be friendlier and nicer to newbies and other human beings unless they're frat boys or whoo girls, tax entities like the salvation army who mightily discriminate, same with other discriminating churches. Could we also get a decent sunday brunch here and for sure we need more cabana boys.

Do you think the Supreme Court should decide the gay marriage issue?
Your argument is invalid since the matter of marriage equality is a legal matter and not a religious one. Religion belongs in church.

It isn't very nice for lgbt people who the salvation army attempts to shame for being who they are, and whose most conservative members call for a death penalty for their ~sins. If they can't keep their religious doctrine separate from the professed goals of helping all humans, then they shouldn't be in the business of charity.

U.S. Supreme Court agrees to hear same-sex marriage cases
Religion has no place in legal matters including whether gays have the same rights as heterosexuals. They do and I wish the religious fanatics would keep their unchristian complaints to themselves. You are an embarrassment and you really need to get a grip.
