Ethics Commission to consider complaint against former KU AD Lew Perkins

While I think that Perkins receiving the exercise equipment should be punished, I find it interesting that the head of the athletic department would have to pay for access to physical therapy. I would think that if one of our coaches had an injury or a problem, they would be able to use our trainers in the same way that our players can. Though perhaps this hinges on the fact that it was in-home treatments and did not take place at the university. I'll be interested to see what you guys think about this, so feel free to chime in and chide me or support in whatever fashion you see fit.

KU School of Business changes oversight procedures for special tuition program

Glad someone is finally speaking out about the reign of terror that has been going on at the School of Business for the last 10 years. You don't change a Board of Regents Agreement unless you alter it directly with the Board of Regents. If the Dean broke a Board of Regents Agreement he should be fired. End of discussion.
