I'd put it at 18 -- the age when one becomes an adult citizen.
Is there any constitutional basis for denying adult citizens some of their rights?
Who gets to decide?

The "21" drinking age is bad law -- just like the mandatory 55mph speed limit was bad law. People don't respect bad laws, and don't obey them, and it seems to spill over to other laws.

Bad laws diminish respect for, and obedience to, all laws.

Kansas attorney general sues to stop EPA air pollution rule

The goal is to push even more manufacturing and energy production to Asia, where there are drastically fewer restrictions on emissions (not to mention child labor, oppressive dictatorship, and other little, non-environmental issues).

It's working.

Kansas attorney general sues to stop EPA air pollution rule

You mean the part where is says,

"But the controversial “cross-state air pollution” rule, which aims at reducing emissions from power plants in Texas and 26 other states, remains scheduled to go into effect in January."

Montana would give you a "ticket" that required you to pay $ 5.00 ... then it was "good" for the rest of the day ... if you got stopped again, you just showed your ticket, and they sent you on your way. 55mph was, indeed, Washington-think. A one-size-fits-all that really fit No One.

Note: your age can be 20 years, 11 months and 29 days (more or less - and you could even be fresh off a stint or two in Afghanistan) and this misguided law considers you "a child".
Gosh! I wonder why no one respects this law?

What law would you repeal?

I have to pick just ONE?
Can't choose.
Better tactic ... defund Government, forcing us all to start thinking about what we really need Government to be doing, and what we ought to be doing for ourselves, and letting those programs that don't make the cut wither and die. (psst! That's what is starting to happen)
