I feel sorry for the health of the ducks that land there! There are healthier bodies of water that attract thousands of ducks nearby.

I agree. What an embarrassment to us all. Where else can we find toxic green algae in Douglas County, sagging fences and abandoned tires within the city limits. It smells bad and looks terrible. I'd be glad to donate a torch and a can of gas to aid the clean-up.
