Have you been to the Lawrence Public Library’s temporary location?
Sure. When it gets too hot or cold outside, I head on over to the library. I'm pretty upset right now though after seeing this on the MSN homepage with a close-up pic of lips: "Kim: Pregnancy made my lips 'outta control'" Oh the humanity...the tragedy, first the tornado and now this! Someone kill me!

When furniture turned into art: Wendell Castle's KU connection
I love it when art has function...there's nothing like having something to scratch those itches that I otherwise wouldn't be able to reach.

Have gas prices affected your travel plans?
Nobody bothers to comment because the comments are haphazardly deleted on a daily basis. Why even allow comments. Conversely, on articles that cover traffic deaths, there are always inappropriate comments and THOSE articles should absolutely have commenting disabled.
Yes, I know, you'll just delete this comment because you can't handle criticism.

Do you prefer to work out with a friend or alone?
What a presumptuous question. Not everybody has friends, ya know.

Letter: Missile message
You know folks, we have an opportunity that very few communities have had before them, We could turn that shell into something useful, that can make a difference for the entire world. If we pool all of our resources we can restore that missile to it former glory and become the first American city with a nuclear missile! The next logical step would be to call Kim Jong Un and tell and give him a deadline. Checkmate. Who's with me? Here's your chance to contribute to peace on Earth.
Thanks for the inspiration Joe!

Mural transforms Pinckney School tunnel
Nice. Personally, I would have drawn something really scary like monsters with glow-in-the-dark eyes and teeth.

Burglar steals jewelry from home while resident sleeps
Even better, keep the jewelry on a pedestal that has a weight-sensitive alarm and when they're removed, a giant round boulder chases the burglar while darts shoot out of the walls and then they have to leap across a pit and under a door that closes them in....
