This is so well deserved because we may never see another fan of KU Athletics the likes of Todd Williams. He has inspired me for over 40 years and I could not be more proud to call him a friend. Forever, when they tee up the ball for a KU Football kick off I will picture him sprinting across the field to clear the tee off the field.
His knowledge of the history of KU Football and Basketball is unequaled and I guarantee that when we recently lost the second game of the NCAA Basketball tournament with one of, if not the most talented squads to ever grace the Allen Field House basketball court he shook all the players hands and said something positive about next years possibilities without a single complaint about this years early exit.
He truly is magnificent human being.
