That is the ugliest POS building I've ever seen. The vandalism at least adds a bit of local charm.

This is a much better picture than the other blog about this very same subject... So what is so ugly about this place? Maybe all the other buildings around it are just crappy looking, I don't know, I haven't seen it in person.

At least cover up the windows of the unfinished condos with cheap drapes so it looks like someone is living at the place. After all, a bunch of vacant floors is pretty inviting to say the least.
