NCAA officials on Saturday honored the late Bob Frederick as the inaugural winner of the NCAA’s administrator’s sportsmanship award, which will be named after him. Frederick’s widow, Margey Frederick, accepted the award at halftime of the Kansas-Nebraska men’s basketball game.
