Rod Croucher, Eudora, city horticulturist supervisor of downtown plantings, background left, counts flats of pansies delivered to the city greenhouse Monday. Starting at 9 a.m. Thursday 1,500 yellow, orange and blue blotch pansies will be planted along Massachusetts Street in the mid-block and corner planters. Fifty-four volunteers have signed up to assist in the planting.
