Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius thanks local heroes who rose up to help their storm-devastated neighbors in the 2008 State of the State Address on Monday at the Kansas State Capitol in Topeka, Kan. "Kansans came together," Sebelius said on Monday to a packed House chamber. Democratic congressional leaders announced Tuesday that Gov. Kathleen Sebelius will deliver their party's response after President Bush's State of the Union Address later this month.
