First of all, I don't recognise the 1300 block of 23rd as having a divider...hoping someone can pinpoint the crows' nest from which this picture was taken....have I lost my mind? I can't even find a listing for "Bank of America" on 23rd st (east OR west) in Lawrence...please, I am embarrassed...help!
