A student at Kennedy School waits to go home with her parent after a series of bomb threats were made to 911 dispatchers.
Lawrence Police Thursday morning investigated a series of "three or four" bomb threats made to 911 dispatchers, Capt. David Cobb said. All of Lawrence's public schools were placed in a "heightened state of alert" this morning, according to Superintendent Randy Weseman
