Clyde Thierry, 97, plays his violin as Ashley Holder, a caretaker with Trinity In-Home Care, listens. Holder visits Thierry three times a week to wash dishes, sweep and help keep Thierry company at his Lawrence home, where he lives with his daughter, Daphne Payne, who is 70. Holder's services, provided through the Jayhawk Area Agency on Aging, allow Thierry to stay out of a nursing home.
