After dazzling visitors to KU campus for two years, sculpture surrounding tree cut down on Friday
The "sculpture" was killing the tree. The tree wasn't dying before the sculpture was erected.

Wore a slide rule in a holster on my left hip all through HS and my first year at CSULA. Replaced the slide rule with an HP calculator in my Sophomore year. ... where's my HP tablet?

Drive up New Jersey between 15th and 9th to see what paving over the bricks and streetcar tracks did. If you can stay over the rails, the washboard from the rotted out ties won't shake your car to bits. T- buses drive down this washboard, both directions, every 40 minutes.

Worked from 16 to 62 with wages taxed for my Social Security. I'm Not living off of the tax payers, I'm living off 46 years worth of my wages being taxed. We will have other, taxed, income from on-line businesses. but, we work for ourselves while RV Living on America's roads. The escape happens in less than 5 weeks!!!
