State panel wants more information before ruling on Obama’s ballot eligibility
If you read the Constitution there was a provision enabling Washington to be President "or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution," skin color also has nothing to do with it for he is as much white as he is black and it was his white side that taught him all the commie crap. Kansas will go down in history as one who stood for the rule of law and the Constitution. More states would be wise to follow. Let the truth win out.

Appearently you have not done your homework. The fact that Obama's father was never an American citizen is what make Obama ineligible because he is not a Natural Born Citizen. Romney's father was born in another country but became a US citizen before Romney's birth which makes Romney a Natural Born Citizen. It is not a matter of what country you were born in but a matter if you were a US Citizen before the birth of your children for them to become Natural Born Citizens.
The fact Obama's birth announcement was listed in a paper proves nothing because all announcements were initiated by the Hawaii Health Dept. who complied a list of all Birth Certificates issued. These certificates included the ones available to in Hawaii to baby who were not born in Hawaii but because of ancestory were allowed to maintain heritage throught issuing these certificated. I suggest you check out the 4 or 5 different Birth Certificates available in Hawaii in 1961.
It is possible Obama is an American citizen but not a Natural Born Citizen therefore inelligible to be President. However, no one knows for sure since he will not release anything but a forged document and has spent millions of our tax payer dollars to hide any and all original documents. That is except his stolen SS# which he also will not allow original application to be seen.
The only election fraud is by Obama who is using a forged birth certificate, forged Selective Service application and SS# never issued to him. Would you say this were grounds for impeachment?
